Establishing a company in Hungary is easier from now on. The new provisions for the company court registration proceedings favour the acceleration, simplification and cheapening of the establishment of companies in Hungary. The simplified company proceeding has numerous advantages for companies. Parts of the new provisions entered into force September 1, 2007, and others will enter into force in 2008. Read
