Eakin McCaffery Cox Lawyers has been providing quality legal services for more than 100 years. The original firm, established in 1895 as Vindin Littlejohn, can trace its roots back to 1854. The firm is located at BT Tower in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

The Corporate & Commercial team provides strategic advice and guidance in all aspects of commercial and corporate law and regulation. The Litigation & Dispute Resolution team works closely with other departments and provides advice and assistance in a broad range of disputes and court cases. The litigation lawyers have experience in all jurisdictions, including Federal, Supreme, District and Local courts, the Land and Environment Court and also specialist Tribunals.
Eakins McCaffery Cox has extensive experience in Insolvencies, Business Recoveries and Bankruptcy. In the area of Workplace Relations, the firm has a partner who is a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Employment and Industrial Law. They also have an Accredited Specialist in Government and Administrative Law. The Property group handles all types of property transactions and are market leaders in retail leasing.
