Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C. is located in downtown Detroit, Michigan in the Renaissance Center. Our clients are numerous and diverse, and include a variety of auto and aerospace manufacturers, and construction contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and developers, as well as various other industrial, commercial and professional service businesses.

Our clients are most often privately held businesses, operating from Michigan as a home base, but often shipping products throughout the world. We provide all needed corporate and transactional services, including the buying and selling of property, companies or assets, as well as assisting in employment, tax or other legal business matters. We will also assist the individual principals of our corporate clients with their estate planning and other personal legal matters. Approximately half of the lawyers in our office are devoted to pursing or defending litigation or dispute resolution proceedings. These disputes primarily arise out of breach of contract claims, such as sale of goods, sale of real property or construction agreements. In addition, we frequently litigate labor, employment and insurance related claims and disputes. Our litigation practice also includes the local representation of foreign and out-of-state corporations who retain us to defend their interests in Michigan. We have been members of LAW since 1998.
