Ridenour Hienton is a full service law firm, assisting many institutional clients as well as individuals with every aspect of their business and personal legal needs. The firm’s special areas of concentration include real estate and commercial transactions, construction, environmental, zoning, securities, estate planning, taxation, nonprofit, banking law, loan documentation, bankruptcy workouts and foreclosures, commercial litigation, and labor and employment litigation.
In addition to admission in Arizona state and federal courts, many of the firm’s members are licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Certain firm members are also licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
