Fort Collins, Colorado, USA (8 November 2023) – At the Annual General Meeting of Lawyers Associated Worldwide held on 21 October 2023 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, elections were held for the offices of Secretary and Treasurer. The members of Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW) re-elected Jennifer Young of Aberdeen, Scotland to a second two-year term as Secretary and Dr. Andreas von Criegern of Hamburg, Germany to his first two-year term as Treasurer of the Executive Committee for the international legal network. LAW wishes to express a fond farewell and its sincere gratitude and best wishes to Anders Stoltenberg of Copenhagen, Denmark who completed his second two-year term as Treasurer and otherwise serving on the Executive Committee since 2012. LAW also expresses best wishes and gratitude to other departing Executive Committee members: Lawrence Tan of Singapore and Anthony Hunt of London, England both concluded their second two-year terms on the Executive Committee as regional representatives in their respective regions as of the conclusion of the 2023 AGM. Both have dedicated countless hours and offered up brilliant ideas and service to LAW and have become good friends. We look forward to their continued involvement with the organization.

Ms. Young is Managing Partner at the law firm of Ledingham Chalmers LLP in Aberdeen, Scotland. She focuses her practice on construction law and has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Construction Law Specialist for over 15 years. Ms. Young is vice chair of CBI Scotland and a member of YPO.
Dr. von Criegern is a Managing Partner at the law firm of Esche Schümann Commichau in Hamburg, Germany. He has been serving on the LAW Executive Committee as regional representative for the Europe, Africa, and Middle East Region. Dr. von Criegern focuses his practice on Construction and Engineering, Commercial Law, Real Estate, Real Estate Transactions, and Dispute Resolution.
