For M&A Deals:

1. We were privileged to advise on a groundbreaking transaction for a highly-regarded Fintech company in Vietnam, which became the first in its sector to acquire a securities firm.
2. We had the honor of guiding a prominent Fintech company in Vietnam through a crucial Series B fundraising transaction worth USD25 million.
3. Demonstrating our proficiency in corporate restructuring and M&A, we played a role in a USD50 million transaction for a real estate business.
4. We offered comprehensive legal services for a significant M&A involving the sale of 100% of the contributed capital of a leading metal printing and packaging company in Vietnam.
5. We have been playing a vital role in a landmark merger between a prominent advertising company in Vietnam and a top industry player in China.
6. We have recently represented and advised a leading Vietnamese ride-hailing company, valued at hundreds million USD, in an investment cooperation agreement with the largest electric vehicles company in Vietnam, promoting the integration of electric vehicles and motorbikes into transportation services in Vietnam.

For Financing Deals:

7. In the area of sustainable investment, we advised on a notable green bond issuance transaction worth USD20 million, backed by the Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF).
8. Our team displayed exceptional legal expertise by advising on a USD30 million loan conversion deal for a prominent real estate company, facilitated by a respected Japanese Fund. The deal was recognized as one of the top 50 notable deals of 2021-2022 by the 14th Vietnam M&A Forum in 2022.
9. We have demonstrated expertise in handling diverse high-value loan transactions, with loan values ranging from USD5 million to over USD25 million.
10. Recently, we had the opportunity to provide legal advice regarding specific matters related to a signed and executed Facility Agreement with a value of up to USD100 million.

For Transactional Deals:

11. Our team provided comprehensive legal guidance for the acquisition of a significant USD70 million private jet, including the necessary PDP financing to purchase the jet.
12. We have also showcased our capabilities in the oil and gas sector by advising clients on high-value contracts related to FPSO procurement, leasing, and exploration worth tens of millions of USD.

For Dispute Resolution:

13. We represented a prominent Japanese Fund in an arbitration case against a leading retail chain in Vietnam. We achieved a favorable outcome for our client, resulting in a win for the case.
14. We represented a contractor in an arbitration case against a top real estate company in Vietnam. The outcome is positive for our client.
15. We have had the privilege of representing shareholders holding a 10% stake in a listed company in an arbitration case against the same company. The case is currently favoring our clients.
16. We successfully represented a leading pharmaceutical company in both the trial and appeal court for a dispute. We are delighted to have achieved a victory for our client in both cases.
17. Besides the above cases, we have a track record of representing clients in various arbitration and court cases, with case values ranging from over USD1 million to more than USD10 million. We are pleased to report that our clients consistently achieve positive results in the cases we handle.
18. In addition to representing clients in court, we are adept at facilitating successful negotiations that serve our clients’ best interests. Our effective assistance has enabled our clients to achieve favorable outcomes in their negotiations. For instance, we have been instrumental in assisting several bond holders to secure timely payment from the issuer.

Hospitality:

19. We have supported clients in the hospitality sector by negotiating and advising on numerous hotel management agreements for internationally branded projects, including Marriott, Courtyard, Radisson, Cross, Centara, Holiday Inn, Westin, and many more.
20. Our experienced legal team has offered comprehensive legal services for reviewing lease agreements for esteemed brands such as Clarins, L’Occitane, and BVL in large commercial centers throughout Vietnam.

In addition to the notable deals mentioned above, we pride in providing regular legal counsel and guidance to numerous large corporations across different sectors, such as securities, technology, real estate, fintech, and education.
