Firm Overview
The firm was formed in 1994 by Roger Nelson (formerly a partner in a leading Admiralty/Shipping practice in London) who relocated to the Cayman Islands and has practiced law in the Islands since 1987.
The firm’s offices are located in the heart of central George Town overlooking the harbour in Grand Cayman. The firm has a general practice with the emphasis on banking and finance, shipping, civil litigation, corporate and commercial law.insurance, trusts and estates.
The firm’s wholly owned subsidiary, Maricorp Services Ltd, is a fully licensed management services company regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and provides company incorporation, registered office and other complimentary services.
