Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW) recognizes the power of cultivating leadership within the law firm and has crafted a comprehensive leadership development program for member firm lawyers and administrative staff. 

Participants in the LAW Leadership Development Program (LDP) receive individual leadership development and high-quality virtual learning experiences, along with opportunities to meet other lawyers and professionals in the LAW network through live meetings.  

This is the third year of the program. There are more than 100 alumni of the program throughout the LAW network.

The LDP is a nine-month certification program that consists of:

• Online training – a self-paced, asynchronous, online course focusing on critical skills, mind sets and tools for law firm leaders
• Monthly cohort video meetings, which will include time for networking, information about the LAW network, and training
• Assessments that will help you learn more about yourself and how to lead others
• Monthly emails with additional leadership insights and resources
• A leadership workbook for participants to provide reflection and the development of a personal leadership plan

The program is designed for anyone who is in a leadership role in a law firm, or may be in the future, including:

• Firm Leadership, including managing partners and board members
• Practice, Industry or Sector Group Leaders
• Administrative leaders, including C-level, Director, and Manager level leaders

• Attorneys or staff leading committees or initiatives
