Kurtz and Partners P.C. (“K&P”), the Philadelphia-area LAW affiliate, is pleased to summarize some of its Q2 merger & acquisitions transactions:

  • K&P is proud to announce its representation of a consortium of U.S. investors, led by Andrew Cavenagh and 49ers Enterprises, in the acquisition of a controlling stake in the storied Rangers Football Club.  Formed in 1872, Rangers is a prestigious Scottish football club that competes in the Scottish Premiership, the top division of Scottish football. The consortium will chart a new strategic vision for the club’s future, prioritizing on-pitch performance and long-term financial sustainability.   See press release at this LINK.
  • K&P recently advised a group of sell-side investors in DVM Manufacturing, LLC (DVM Power + Control), a premier manufacturer of low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution equipment, in connection with its private sale to Mission Critical Group (MCG).  See press release at this LINK.
  • K&P recently represented an IT search and staffing firm with an acquisition that further expanded the company’s footprint.  The deal was a much appreciated referral from LAW affiliate Bell, Davis & Pitt.
