Amorys Solicitors was founded in July 1986. Its lawyers have experience in areas which are associated with larger firms, specifically Corporate work, Commercial Property Development, Litigation, Banking, Insolvency Law and Information Technology. Amorys was founded on the principle that a smaller legal practice could provide effective advice in these areas, but at a more competitive fee level and also with a more personal service.
Amorys are now an established and expanding legal practice in Dublin with a strong commercial flavour to their work and expertise. This is reflected in one of their largest projects to date, the Custom House Plaza, which is situated in the International Financial Services Centre. Amorys represented the developer of the Plaza in a 100M Pound development of approximately 200,000 square feet. Amorys advised in relation to the entire transaction, including drafting and negotiating Development Agreements, Construction Contracts, Leases, Collateral Warranties and Finance Documentation.
Today, their combined experience enables lawyers and staff at Amorys to provide a first class efficient and cost effective service across a broad range of corporate and private client requirements.
