Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Welcome to our website. Lawyers Associated Worldwide (“LAW” or the “Association”) is an association of independent commercial law firms constituted pursuant to Article 60 et. seq. of the Swiss Civil Code. The Association does not practice law and is neither a law firm nor a partnership of law firms. The Association does not render legal advice nor make referrals. Only the individual lawyers within each member law firm practice law and render legal advice. The member law firms of LAW maintain complete autonomy, perform their professional services on an independent basis, and are not affiliated for the joint practice of law. No member firm is responsible for the work, professional services or legal advice provided by any other member firm.

LAW maintains its website as a service to our member firms and other users.
