DC Law is full service Vietnamese law firm established in 1995. The firm has been at the forefront of establishing and refining corporate governance procedures for Vietnamese and foreign-invested companies in both the private and public sectors.
DC Law regularly advises senior directors on their obligations and duties in relation to specific transactions. The firm also keeps permanent working relations with various governmental and regulatory agencies in Vietnam to allow DC Law to access the resources necessary to produce timely and effective results for our clients.
The corporate and enterprise practice covers the full spectrum of business services, including: investments, commercial agreements, incorporations, partnerships and joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, outsourcing and commercial leases, licensing and franchising, and labor and employment.
DC Law’s partners have provided legal advice to the Vietnamese government, and other business interests since the early 1980’s. They represent clients on a wide range of legal and commercial matters, including all forms of direct and indirect investment in Vietnam such as joint ventures, wholly owned foreign enterprises as well as distribution, franchising, technology and intellectual property licensing agreements. The firm maintains excellent relations with Vietnamese government ministries and agencies, enabling them to represent clients’ interests in Vietnam at the administrative, legal and policy-making levels.
DC Law provides services in real estate development, construction, procurement, project financing, joint ventures, all forms of land disposition and acquisition, and title investigation. They assist clients in real estate ownership structures, including joint venture, limited partnership, and trust arrangements to facilitate the holding of real estate by multiple owners/investors. DC Law also has advised various state-owned enterprises and foreign investment funds on various property projects in Vietnam.
