George Charalambides & Co LLC was established in 1975 and is located in its own privately owned offices in the town of Limassol on the island of Cyprus.
Cyprus has an open free market economy and is an international business centre, characterised by stability and a European standard and quality of living. Cyprus has been a member of the European Union since 1 May 2004 and on 1 January 2008 adopted the Euro as its official currency. Strategically located in the Eastern Mediterranean Cyprus is often referred to as the stepping-stone to Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, attracting foreign investors with its favourable taxation regime and its much sought after maritime flag. Being an infant Republic (est. 1960) Cyprus is currently undergoing exciting and rapid growth in a number of fields such as the recently founded Stock Exchange and the introduction of e-commerce.

LLC to develop a diverse and interesting profile over the years dealing, with both foreign and domestic clients, in matters such as among others: international business, incorporation of companies, corporate law, contract law, stock exchange law, real estate, civil litigation, trademarks, and road traffic accidents to mention but a few.
George Charalambides & Co. LLC prides itself on the high professional standard of its lawyers reflected in the distinguished quality of their legal work, and their other contributions to society. George Charalambides himself, founder of the firm, is a former member of the House of Representatives (Legislature of Cyprus), he was elected as Chairman of the Limassol Bar Association for three terms of office and he is a former vice-Chairman of the Cyprus Bar Association.
