Firm Overview
Jingshi Law Firm was established in 1985 with the approval of Chinese Ministry of Justice and is the first specialised legal institution in Inner Mongolia.
The Jingshi Law Firm has handled matters on an international level. The firm has engaged a legal feasibility study on planned investment fields, and provided legal advisory paper and consultation opinions, and in addition, provided clients legal consultation on investing, financing, taxation, intellectual property and environment protection affairs of China. Jingshi Law Firm also dealt with joint venture disputes between clients and their partners. It has also provided a blue print, legal analysis and negotiation for clients’ M&A matters and assets reconstruction in China.
