Firm Overview
The Law Firm was established in 1947 has offices in Rome and Avezzano, the heart of Abruzzo’s business district. It is mainly engaged in the practice of civil law and in particular, corporate banking and bankruptcy, in addition to estates, inheritance, family law, and real estate.
The activity of the firm is well known in the Italian courts and articles regarding our attorneys’ interpretations of law are published in important legal periodicals.
Since its establishment, the Maccallini office has developed an international practice enjoying strong associations with offices in the U.S.A. Since 1999, Carlo Maccallini has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a foreign legal consultant in the State of New Jersey. In early 2010, the firm changed its name from Studio Legale Maccallini to its present name.
