The Corporate, Tax & Finance Practice Group of MVVP handles corporate matters including the incorporation of companies, setting up subsidiaries or branches of Belgian and foreign companies, drafting shareholders agreements, the transfer of shares and over-all governance of corporate structures.
Mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and joint-ventures work is coordinated by the Corporate, Tax & Finance Practice Group, in collaboration with other groups on specific issues.
Our principal financial law work comprises assistance with project finance, secured transactions, public offerings and stock exchange listings.
MVVP offers tax advice and represents our clients in litigation relating to international and domestic issues of company tax, income tax and VAT.
