Winners Law Firm was established in 1995, focusing on commercial legal services.

Honors
In 2016 and 2005, the All-China Lawyers Association awarded Winners the title of “Excellent National Law Firm”.
From 2011 to 2022, Winners was successively named the Band1 Law Firm in Commercial & Business Law area and the Band1 Law Firm in Environmental Law by Chambers and Partners; In 2013, Winners won the China Regional Law Firm of the Year awarded by Chambers and was shortlisted again in 2022.
In 2020 and 2021, Winners won the award of the 2020 Excellent Comprehensive Strength Law Firm (Tianjin) by the “China Business Law Journal”. In 2021, Winners was awarded the Commercial Law Excellence Award in Bankruptcy and Restructuring area by the same institute.
In 2019, Winners won two awards from Global Law Experts, which are the Environment Law Firm of the Year in China and the Climate Law Firm of the Year in China.
From 2008 to 2013, Winners was named the Tianjin Law Firm the Year for 6 years consecutively by Asian Legal Business.
