Alfa has been the leading support for banking and finance focus group in AKSET. She represents major banks within and outside Indonesia in various financing transactions, both offshore and onshore. In M&A and corporate restructuring work, Alfa co-leads the firm’s team in representing multinational companies in acquiring stakes as well as assisting corporate restructuring in various leading financial technology platforms. Suharsanto is a litigation Partner, and he handles commercial dispute resolutions for clients of the Firm. He has represented clients in a variety of disputes such civil/commercial disputes (before courts and arbitration tribunals) representing claimants or respondents, manpower disputes representing employers or employees, state administrative disputes, bankruptcy and reorganization matters, anti-competition cases, and intellectual property rights disputes.
