Fruytier Lawyers in Business, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, partnered in a cross-border LAW collaboration with the Belgian and German colleagues from MVVP and Seitz. Together, they advised the owners of Enterstore, the Prague-based e-commerce group backed by Hartenberg Holding, on the acquisition of an 80% stake in Joemerino B.V., the Dutch direct-to-consumer brand behind Joe Merino, a leading European name in premium merino wool essentials for men.
