Nałęczów Zdrój is a Polish producer of natural mineral water and the owner of the Cisowianka and Cisowianka Perlage brands. The proceeds will support the company’s continued growth.
The terms of the financing are linked to Nałęczów Zdrój’s achievement of defined sustainability performance targets. These include reducing greenhouse gas emissions intensity, decreasing the weight of selected PET packaging and meeting specified targets relating to its EcoVadis rating.
GESSEL acted as legal counsel to BNP Paribas Bank Polska and ING Bank Śląski in connection with the transaction. Zero Waste Consulting sp. z o.o. provided sustainability advisory support to Nałęczów Zdrój.
