JPAB – José Pedro Aguiar Branco Advogados advised CC Energia, a company specialising in integrated energy transition and corporate decarbonisation services, on the subscription by C2 Capital Partners of a minority stake in its share capital, in a strategic investment of €3 million.
Legal advice was provided by JPAB’s Corporate and M&A Department, led by Ramiro Matos, with cross-functional involvement in the corporate and transactional matters associated with the operation, including the legal structuring, negotiation and monitoring of the contractual documents necessary for its completion.
C2 Capital Partners’ investment in the company will enable it to strengthen its team, increase its operational capacity, expand its commercial presence and accelerate growth in the Iberian market, as well as develop higher value-added services aimed at reducing energy consumption, carbon emissions and operational costs.
