Seitz opens a new office in Düsseldorf with a corporate law team from Glade Michel Wirtz
Strengthening of corporate law/restructuring follows the addition of large employment law teams in Munich and Frankfurt
Dr. Jochen Markgraf, a renowned corporate law partner, joins Seitz from Glade Michel Wirtz together with a team of 4 additional lawyers.
With this move, Seitz has promptly implemented its aim to strengthen its corporate law practice. With the additions, Seitz gains a renowned and well-coordinated team that advises on the interface of corporate law, restructuring, insolvency law and has many years of diverse experience in corporate and insolvency litigation. The team will open a new office for Seitz in Düsseldorf due to its good networking in the Düsseldorf region, with numerous insolvency administrators. The location will be further strengthened by Seitz with its own lawyers from the employment law/insolvency employment law practice to ideally dovetail both practice areas. With the new lawyers, Seitz’s corporate law team will grow to around 25 professionals.
