Firm Overview
Seitz provides consulting services for its domestic and international clients, mainly large and medium-sized companies as well as entrepreneurs, in tax, labor, commercial and corporate law.
The origins of the firm go back to 1968 when Dr. Egon Schlütter formed the business law firm Schlütter Lüer & Görg. In 1993, the law firm Schlütter & Debatin was born in association with Prof. Dr. Helmut Debatin. In 1997, the firm’s labor law practice was established by Dr. Stefan Seitz, who developed this to become an additional focus of the firm. In 1999, the tax consultant Dr. Wolfgang Bornheim joined the firm and strengthened the tax law practice with the development of additional areas.
Today, Seitz is a partnership with its main office in Cologne. The firm employs approximately 62 lawyers and tax consultants.
