Steve is committed to education and community service, teaching healthcare law to hospital residents and fellows, contract law at NYU, and providing pro bono assistance to startup companies through New York City’s Business Solutions Program. He earned his B.A. from New York University and his J.D. from New York Law School. Steve is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Fluent in Russian, Steve is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the New York City Bar Association.
