valfor advised the sellers in the acquisition of fernao group by VINCI Energies
The shareholders of fernao group, a leader in the field of cybersecurity services in Germany and Switzerland, have sold the group to VINCI Energies, a global player in infrastructure, industry, ICT and facility services, with a workforce of 97,000 in more than 61 countries. fernao group has a pro forma turnover of roughly EUR 260 million (2024) and 770 employees. The acquisition strengthens VINCI Energies’ expertise in cybersecurity and cloud services under the ICT brand Axians and expands its presence in Germany and Switzerland.
valfor acted as Swiss counsel to the sellers in this transaction with a team consisting of Stefan Scherrer, Andreas Suter, Samuel Streuli, Matthias Suter (all M&A) and Leo Rusterholz (Data and Technology).
