The firm announces the creation of its chief strategy officer role and appointment of Brandi Michelle Hobbs. “We are thrilled to have Brandi Hobbs join the management team of our firm,” says Kevin G. In the role of chief strategy officer, Brandi will help develop and set firm strategy, promote brand advocacy, collect valuable client feedback, and identify ways to use that feedback to improve client service. Brandi has spent eight years serving the legal industry and has a master’s degree in law firm management from the George Washington University and a Yellow Belt Certification in Legal Lean Sigma from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute.
