For more than two decades, Rafael worked at Citigroup, this being his great letter of introduction. There he served as assistant vice president of legal counsel.
In addition, he was the legal coordinator of Citibank N.A Ecuador Branch for the last 22 years. His vast experience also includes his work as a parliamentary advisor to Congress; head of computer products for Ediciones Legales, among other positions for important firms in Ecuador.
