The acquisition marks LUX MED Group’s entry into Radom with its first directly operated medical facility in the city and further strengthens its presence in the region. Endomed is one of the region’s largest providers of primary healthcare services funded by the Polish National Health Fund and a local leader in endoscopy. It also provides outpatient specialist care and diagnostic imaging services. The facility’s team comprises nearly 80 doctors supported by approximately 60 medical support and administrative staff.
GESSEL provided comprehensive legal advice throughout the transaction, including legal due diligence, the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation, agreements with key personnel and the long-term lease of the property used by Endomed.
