GESSEL Advises Lux Med on Acquisition of TMS Diagnostyka

GESSEL advised Lux Med sp. z o.o., a leading private healthcare provider in Poland, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in TMS Diagnostyka sp. z o.o., a Poland based medical imaging provider operating a diagnostic centre in Białystok. Lux Med is part of British United Provident Association Ltd, an international healthcare and insurance group.

The transaction supports Lux Med’s strategy to expand its medical imaging platform and strengthen its presence in regional markets. GESSEL advised on all aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence, structuring and transaction documentation.
