LAW member firms BBH from the Czech Republic and Howard Kennedy LLP from the UK collaborated closely on a landmark deal representing the largest single-asset hotel deal in London for four years. They advised Westmont Hospitality, alongside partners BHP Hotels SICAV fund and PPF Real Estate, on the sale of The Westminster London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, to RIU Hotels & Resorts.
BBH worked as co-corporate counsel on the legal aspects of the sale, led by M&A Partner Andrea Adamcova, with key support from Petr Precechtel, Dominik Liška, and Kristýna Živanská.
