Between 17 and 19 November 2020, regulatory acts were adopted governing new support measures for employees and employers in the context of the epidemiological situation caused by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus:

I. Government Emergency Ordinance No. 132/2020 on support measures for employees and employers in the context of the epidemiological situation caused by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, as well as on stimulating employment growth, currently being sent for promulgation; And

II. Emergency Ordinance No. 198/2020 for the completion of the Emergency Ordinance of the Government No. 147/2020 on the granting of days off for parents to supervise children, in the event of the limitation or suspension of teaching activities involving the effective presence of children in educational establishments and pre-primary early education establishments, as a result of the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
