Ford sells Finnish sales company to Hedin
Ford Nederland B.V. has successfully signed an agreement on the sale of shares in Oy Ford Ab, the national sales company of Ford in Finland, to Hedin Mobility Group AB. Procopé & Hornborg provided legal advisory support to Ford throughout the transaction. The completion of the transaction is pending approval from the Finnish competition authorities.
