The corona crisis is all but over right now. Companies are still struggling to fulfil certain contractual obligations. A previously written article has already referred to an appeal of force majeure due to the corona crisis. If a force majeure appeal fails, an appeal for unforeseen circumstances may offer a way out. That is why I will draw my attention to this other ground in this article.
