In September 2024, Inno Digital Services AG (IDS) acquired 100% of the shares of AUVISO Audio Visual Solutions AG, one of the leading centers of excellence for audio-visual solutions in Switzerland. IDS holds, among others, a stake in Kilchenman AG, based in Kehrsatz, Switzerland.
Kilchenmann AG and AUVISO Audio Visual Solutions AG are joining forces under the umbrella of the IDS Group. The two companies wish to strengthen their position in the Swiss market for high-quality communication, media and event technology and help shape the ongoing consolidation of the Swiss market for professional communication and media technology.
